Freaking out because you forgot to get a birthday, anniversary, Mother’s Day card, or Valentine’s Day card? We’ve all been there. Life is busy, and sometimes special days sneak up on you. As always, we’re here for ya! Here are some free printable cards for her — last minute cards you print for yourself to save the day!
Quick Tip: While we wouldn’t suggest using these for EVERY special occasion, sometimes you just need something quick – something to give your girl (or mom, daughter) until you can get some flowers or a gift later in the day. 😉
What You’ll Need
- A printer
- color ink cartridge (preferable, but black & white will do in a pinch)
- white printer paper; (if you really want to do it up right, keep some white card stock paper on hand -it’s thicker, like a real greeting card or art print. You can get it at Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Joann’s, etc., & while you’re there, grab an 8×10 frame for your art print!)
- scissors, in case you need to trim the card or art print

Now all you have to do is choose a card or art print from our favorite selections below, print that baby, fold it in half like a card (some require folding twice), and give it to the girl you love!
Free Printable Cards for your Wife or Girlfriend
Birthday – funny. (just write happy birthday inside this one & your own special note.) 😉
Birthday – romantic and another romantic one here. (We suggest writing happy birthday & your own note inside these.
Anniversary – funny (just add happy anniversary inside along with your special note.)
Anniversary – romantic. Warning! This one will melt her into a little puddle on the floor. 😉 Make sure you select “double-sided” when you print this one, so it won’t print out on two pieces of paper.
Mother’s Day printable – from you. Pick the first one on the page – “For all the things my hands have held”, and just write your happy mother’s day personal message on the other side. You could even frame it. Trust us. She’ll love it. 😉
Mother’s Day – from the kids. These are art prints – you & the kids sign it, frame it with a frame from the dollar store or Hobby Lobby, or tape it to the fridge or to her bathroom mirror! And here are some Mother’s Day coupons to print out for the kids, plus some coloring pages, too. Have the kids color them for mom!

Birthday printable – print out the one that says “You’re the mom everyone wishes they had”, and write your message on the back. And for extra credit, frame it with an inexpensive frame. She’ll hug your neck for a really, really loooooong time.
